Parents are the first contact of every child before the society or community, its important to lay a good foundation, because they see the world through their parent. The ability of a child to see the world as a safe and secure environment or as a dangerous place is based on the foundation we have laid down as their parents. Their is need for expression of love, warmth, communication and room for improvement when they deviate from the expected behavior. All these factors have a long term effect on the children even till adulthood, their social behavior always reflects what they learnt from home. Children learn by observation and they tend to imitate words and actions from someone much older than they are. When your always cursing at people while driving or on the phone, and you have your kids around, days or weeks later  they will use those exact words when an incident like that occur and will be shocked how they could relate the words with the incident. HELLO! I have been MIA for these few days, it's been a really though two days for me, it feels like a year stress. It drained me emotionally, physically and mentally, I lost concentration because of a lot of issues going on, but am confident by the end of the week, everything will be back to normal. We all go through stages in life but thankfully we will always come out strong and better. We will be interacting and posting more things now, hope you had a great week.

Newborn usually have immature liver, thus their liver is not able to breakdown hemoglobin or red blood cell which leads to buildup of bilirubin in the blood. Yellowing of skin and eyes occurs when there is too much bilirubin in our body.  Newborns and babies with suspected Jaundice are placed under light to help them break down bilirubin. Bilirubin is susceptible to photo-oxidation by artificial light or sunlight.

The company faced a lot of backlash after posting a photo of a black woman turning herself white. People found the soap ad as being racist and insensitive, women of color are proud of their skin and who they are and what they represent. The company apologized through their Facebook account and wrote:   "An image we recently posted on Facebook missed the mark in representing women of color thoughtfully. We deeply regret the offense it caused". They also wrote this on their wall.  " Dove is committed to representing the beauty of diversity. In an image we posted this week, we missed the mark in thoughtfully representing women of color and we deeply regret the offense that it has caused.
