This is my new mantra " To take one day at a time". I have learned that been anxious and worrying about issues that come up in our lives will not bring solutions to them. Suppose you found out that in three works that you could be laid off your job. You begin to worry about the financial impact it will cause you and your family. So many thoughts start coming into your mind, you start to worry that bills might go unpaid, losing your home, or you may not be able to keep up with your lifestyle. You set off your mind and body into panic mood. For some when they are under stress, they shutdown communications with family and friends. They stay at home all day, indulging in eating unhealthy food. Some people will turn to alcohol or drugs to help them relieve that pain and fear.
