Unsalted cream crackers (5 pieces) , seedless green grapes and yogurt. Steamed chopped chicken with avocado. Grilled or steamed corn with a small slice of fresh coconut. Fruit juice (Blend apple, banana and red grapes together), this is better than soda or beer. Make a smoothie with your favorite fruits. Dates and sliced coconut.
