Don't let people have their way at your own expense.

Don't try to please everyone or agree with everything people say.
Be careful when someone offers to give you advice, most of the time they will give advice thinking primarily of him/herself. This people will assure you that things looks good and then stand back to watch you fail.
Anger always brings downfall; anger makes us to speak and act without thinking. Be slow to act and quick in listening.
Take advantages of every opportunities that comes your way; don't take things for granted.

REMEMBERING THE VICTIMS. SO MANY HEROES, LOVED ONES AND THEIR STORIES.

These are loved ones, mothers, wives, daughters, uncles, Aunties of families waiting for them to come home and tell them all the stories of the beautiful concert in Las Vegas but unfortunately their life was cut short for no reason. Our skin is part of our immune system. Immune system consists of network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect our body from infectious organism such as bacteria, virus etc. Our immune system destroys any foreign particles that tries to invade our body by mounting an immune response. Our immune system is designed to identify self from non-self. Self are molecules such as proteins, that are a part of our body. Non-self refers to particles that are not made by the body. Our body recognizes this substance as potentially harmful. Example of non-self-particles are bacteria, viruses, and parasites. These organisms produce proteins called antigens that allow our body to recognize them as harmful.
