Hello everyone, I want to share with you a healthy breakfast idea that you can prepare for under $3.
Try Bagel with Yogurt and Slice of Apple. You can shop for eggs, fruits and vegetables at your local 99cent store. For the Biscuit mix check Food4less.

1. Fresh Bagels with Yogurt and Apple Slices

Bagel $0.99;    Check this stores for fresh bagels; Food4less, Superior, El Super, Vons, Albertson.
Yogurt $0.69         
Apple $0. 59

2. Biscuit with Boiled Egg and Slices of Banana

Fresh Baked Biscuit $0.99     
Egg $0.99                               
Banana $0.99                         


3. Omelet with Avocado and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
