Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from Russia investigation but in June at a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing he refused to talk about his conversations with the president Trump, his respond was, “I can neither assert executive privilege, nor can I disclose today the content of my confidential conversations with the president.”

       On Wednesday October, 18,  Jeff Sessions testified before the Senate Judiciary and when questioned in the hearing by Sen. Dianne Feinstein on what Trump told him on the firing of FBI Director James B. Comey again Jeff Sessions repeatedly declined to answer.
