Beautiful morning everybody, as you step out from home today, to your office, for shopping, to your business premises, take out time to make someone smile today. Say some kind words to them, smile and stay happy. Life may throw hard rocks at you, believe me your are stronger than you can ever imagine. Put a smile on your face, cheer up, chest out and have a wonderful day. We are bigger than the recession, the attacks, the negative talks and the inhumane acts.

REMEMBERING THE VICTIMS. SO MANY HEROES, LOVED ONES AND THEIR STORIES.

These are loved ones, mothers, wives, daughters, uncles, Aunties of families waiting for them to come home and tell them all the stories of the beautiful concert in Las Vegas but unfortunately their life was cut short for no reason. They are heroes who gave up their lives protecting the ones they loved and doing what is right to save another life. They will forever be remembered. HOW THE SKIN PROTECTS US FROM HARMFUL INVADERS.

Our skin is part of our immune system. Immune system consists of network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect our body from infectious organism such as bacteria, virus etc. Our immune system destroys any foreign particles that tries to invade our body by mounting an immune response. Our immune system is designed to identify self from non-self. Self are molecules such as proteins, that are a part of our body. Non-self refers to particles that are not made by the body. Our body recognizes this substance as potentially harmful. Example of non-self-particles are bacteria, viruses, and parasites. These organisms produce proteins called antigens that allow our body to recognize them as harmful.
