1. Poverty, Hunger, and Homelessness.
According to Shriver report, the U.S has the largest number of homeless women and children among developed nations. It is reported that seventy million women and their children are living in poverty in America.
2. Gender Wage Gap.
In this modern era, women still earn less than men. Is it because women are found mostly in the lowest-paying field or is it as a result of gender inequality that still exists in our society?.
3. Violence Against Women.
Over 200,000  rape or assault cases  against women and girls across the U.S were reported annually. Shriver reports states that "one in five college women has been sexually assaulted while in college". According to Shriver report “Domestic violence is another aspect of this issue.
