Beautiful morning to everyone, here are some tips on how to have a smooth and great day. Never start your morning on a negative energy, it will affect the rest of your day, if someone upset you when you wake up, just go to a quiet corner and sit. Take a deep breath, think of something that get your energy up, play your favorite song or take a quick 5 minutes walk to clear your head. When you go about your daily activities put a smile on your face, say hi to people in your work place, at school, wherever you plan on going. Compliment someone, ask them how they are doing, compliment on their looks, you will feel great exchanging the positive vibes.
Avoid where there is tension. negative vibes, negative news and information, it will take you from 100% to 30%, try not to mix with people that carry rumors and negative news about other people. Stay around happy and positive people, their energy will help you stay on the right mood.

REMEMBERING THE VICTIMS. SO MANY HEROES, LOVED ONES AND THEIR STORIES.

These are loved ones, mothers, wives, daughters, uncles, Aunties of families waiting for them to come home and tell them all the stories of the beautiful concert in Las Vegas but unfortunately their life was cut short for no reason. They are heroes who gave up their lives protecting the ones they loved and doing what is right to save another life. They will forever be remembered. It has been a trending topic and a thing of concern about the roles men play in the family. I believe the society and the parents have the biggest influence on men. Everybody is expecting a miracle from them, when individually same people train up their boys to grow up into the same personality of men they are complaining about. You see some percentage of women still do not allow the boys do chores at home, and you expect them to grow up and change automatically. We need to create the change we desire, not just for us,but for generations to come. We want our daughter to be in a better place than we were and to be loved more. We need to train up our boys to be loving and understand that it does not make you any less of a man when you help our in kitchen, do dishes, clean the house, do laundry, take out the trash, pick up the clothes lying around the house, rather it makes you a better person. they need to understand that their are no specific chores assigned to a specific gender or g
