HILLARY CLINTON TWEETS TO YOUNG GIRLS AND HARVEY WEINSTEIN

I am sharing this tweets to remind our young girls to believe in them-self, they have power to create the change that they desire. Our society has changed from what it is used to be due to the sacrifice, persistence, hard work and compassion of women before us. They our heroes, they fought so hard to get us where we are today. Although welcome so far, there are still more works to be done. They created the change they desired because they believed that they were "valuable, powerful and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world". Thanks Hillary Clinton for reminding our younger generation that anything is possible.

I  am also sharing this tweet to remind anyone going through abuse, know that you are valuable and resist. Get help immediately, there are resources available to help you and your family.

HOW THE SKIN PROTECTS US FROM HARMFUL INVADERS.

Our skin is part of our immune system. Immune system consists of network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect our body from infectious organism such as bacteria, virus etc. Our immune system destroys any foreign particles that tries to invade our body by mounting an immune response.  Our immune system is designed to identify self from non-self.
